The Tulare County Office of Education (TCOE) operates a variety of special services for students throughout Tulare County, including Behavioral Health Services (BHS).

 

BHS provides behavior health treatment to students in all 43 Tulare County school districts who are identified as in need of mental health support and intervention in order to access and benefit from their special education.

For students who have educationally-related mental health services as part of their Individualized Education Plan, TCOE BHS collaborates with students, families, and school personnel to provide a meaningful behavior health assessment and effective intervention.

 

BHS works to ensure access to and the quality of care available to children and families throughout Tulare County. We provide an extensive number of field-based services.
